Our cabin neighbors invited us out for an Internet celebration dinner. We had finally got Internet installed at the cabin after battling CenturyLink for a week. It was a miracle and definitely worth celebrating.

La Casita is a little Mexican restaurant on Main Street. It’s a very popular place, so parking can be difficult – particularly for us in our big dually. They have an indoor seating area as well as a big patio. I would venture to say the outdoor seating is larger than the indoor.

We started with an appetizer that included buffalo hot wings, quesadilla, potato skins and flautas.

I had the Carnitas Burrito. It was a flour tortilla stuffed with delicious pulled pork and lightly covered in sauce and cheese. It had a side of rice, beans, pico and guacamole.

TJ had the chicken flautas, which were also very good. It came with rice, beans and topped with sour cream.

Troy had the Huevos Ranchero. They do Huevos the traditional way with a fried egg on corn tortillas. Troy was not expecting this, so his overall opinion was altered by this fact. He was expecting the fried egg on top of enchiladas.

The outdoor atmosphere was great. The service was very good as well. We ate for $45, which is about on par for most of the restaurants in the area.
